What I do

Offers training, development and consultation to professionals working with children and young people. ALI specialises in enabling staff to be better equipped to deal with challenging behaviours via TEAM TEACH training, and supports professionals to hone young peoples soft skills, empowering them and equiping them for life.

Who I am

Hi I am Ali, an experienced practitioner in dealing with young people. I have worked in residential education in both care and school roles.  I have extensive experience in developing and delivering alternative curriculum programmers for main stream, special needs, and potentially NEET students as well as young adults. I have worked with education, social care, business, and charitable organisations, to develop young people as all round individuals who can function in society and make a positive contribution to the world of work. And I am  senior TEAM TEACH tutor.

Where I go

I deliver bespoke packages adapted to the setting and its needs. Each customer is unique and the training is tailored to specific requirements after consultation. Based in Berkshire I can access most of the South East of England, and am willing to travel.

Behaviour is a language

The expertise lies in translating that langage into positive attitudes and approaches.

Promoting skills
